PLAST PRINT has been producing plastic cards since 2004. In 2014, we opened an office in Slovakia. During all this time, we have issued over 400 million cards for more than 30 thousand clients.

We produce plastic cards for all areas of business with all possible technical options, performing all stages of work – from the development of the design layout to the production of circulation, including coding and personalization. We are a full-cycle plastic card manufacturer.

Our creative design department can transform your initial visual of an idea into a print-ready mockup. All orders are carried out at the company’s own production facilities. With our innovative approach and annual upgrades, the production volume is over 2,000,000 cards per month.

PLAST PRINT technologists offer types of card production that best suits the requirements of customers. Small runs are printed digitally. Offset printing is standard and economically feasible for print runs over 5000 cards, providing high-quality printing.

Our modern equipment allows you to process CMYK and Pantone colors with a resolution of 300 dpi. We can also produce cards for the highest security requirements such as UV printing, with hologram or magnetic stripe coding, contact and contactless chips.

For the production of plastic cards, certified plastic is used that is resistant to mechanical, thermal and other influences. Printing on plastic in the production of cards is carried out only with high-quality materials of our own import, which allow you to convey the entire range of shades, brightness of colors, and covering the plastic with a protective layer of laminate (overlay) or varnish protects the plastic card from damage.

All cards are manufactured to strict specifications to ensure they are of the highest standard. Our products undergo constant quality control throughout the entire production process in accordance with our quality control policies and procedures. The cards meet the requirements of ISO / IEC 7810, ISO / IEC 7816-1.

ID-1 cards are manufactured in accordance with ISO / IEC 7810.

Each batch of raw materials entering production is accompanied by quality documents (declaration), confirming the compliance of quality and safety indicators with current regulatory documents and sanitary standards, and not having a harmful effect on human health.

Each stage of prepress and production is monitored as part of these internal audit procedures. This gives us the opportunity to continually review and improve our quality standards.
